Cancellations made within 48 Hours will be charged half price.
Cancellations made beyond 48 Hours will not be charged.No-Show
Full price will be charged if there is a no show.Private Sessions / Online Classes
Please be sure to be ready with comfortable clothing, a quite space without interruption and a strong internet connection (if you’re joining online)
Preparing for Your Massage
It’s advised not to eat 1 hour before the massage
Wear comfortable underwear that will feel flexible yet safely covering during the massage (loose boxer shorts, short trunks or briefs for men, g-strings, modest thongs, pliable athletic underwear for women). Make sure it’s not your best pair as there is a chance some oil may get onto them.
Please don’t from wear makeup or jewelry or remove before the massage.
Consider additional 5 minutes time for a brief consultation before the first session, as well as 5-10 minutes of relaxation and reintegration before leaving.
Post-Massage:
Water, Water, Water. If you’re in Santa Fe, trace minerals and/or chlorophyll is recommended.
Try not to schedule much after your massage. It’s a full body, intense, dynamic experience and you’ll want quiet time to integrate recover and receive all the benefits.
