Ben has spent the last 10 years exploring different movement, healing and spiritual modalities. Through running and hosting yoga and wellness retreats around the world, Ben has had the gift of meeting the most incredible teachers steeped in practices from around the world. In 2017 Ben started traveling to Santa Fe, NM to study at the MogaDao institute and officially moved there in 2019 to invite the practices of yoga, qigong, gungfu, depth sexuality and post-daoist philosophy more deeply into his life. Ben’s holistic approach to healthy living isn’t just about how the body and soul move and engage with the world, but also with how and what we bring into our lives and into our bodies, which is where his deep love for cooking and community find their place.
